Simeamativa "Tiva" Muasau 56 of Clinton, Illinois passed away 3:20 PM
April 19, 2017 at her family residence, Clinton, Il.
 
No services are planned at this time. The family entrusted Calvert Funeral
Home, Clinton, IL with cremation rites. A benefit in Tiva's name will be
held at Snapper's in Clinton, IL starting at 5 P.M., Friday, April 21,
2017.
 
Memorials may be directed to the Simeamativa Muasau Memorial Fund.
 
Tiva was born September 27, 1960 in Tula, America Samoa.  She was raised
by Togi and Faauli Iuli.  She married Kennedy Muasau in 1997 in San
Francisco, CA
 
Survivors include her husband:  Kennedy Muasau, Clinton, IL; 3 sons:  Natu
(Amanda) Visinia; Togi Visinia; and Robert Allen Tuua all of Clinton, IL;
2 step-daughters:  Bethel Bartley and Reta Simonton both of Independence,
MO; step-son, Newyear Muasau, Independence, MO; 7 grandchildren; 5
brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers and sisters.
 
Tiva was a returned missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day
Saints.  She loved crocheting, Bingo, cooking, crafts and singing with her
grandchildren was one her favorite things to do.  Tiva was a loving mother
and grandmother to her family.  She was always willing to give a helping
hand anyway she could.
