Mary Kay Jackson, 65, of Clinton, IL left this earth 7:00 PM, March 25, 2017 at Aperion Care, Bloomington, IL surrounded by family and friends.

 

Per her request, no services will be held. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL assisted the family with cremation rites. To honor her memory, a celebration of life will be held 11 AM - 1 PM Saturday, April 1, 2017 at the American Legion, 219 N. Elizabeth St. Clinton, IL. Lunch will be provided.

 

Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.

 

Mary was born March 16, 1952 in Clinton, IL the daughter of John and Juanita (Covey) Cox.

 

Survivors include her daughter: Shawn (Kenneth) Rybolt, Bloomington, IL;

son: Chad Cunningham, Clinton, IL; brother: Steve (Kathy) Cox, Chester, VA

and her longtime partner: Dale Johnson, Clinton, IL.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

 

Mary was a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 30 years. She truly loved

her job and taking care of others. In her spare time she enjoyed crossword

puzzles, reading, and spending time outdoors.
