Thomas O. Polston, 77, of Clinton, IL passed away at 9:25 AM, February 15, 2017 at Decatur Memorial Hospital, Decatur, IL.

 

No services are planned at this time. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL assisted the family with cremation rites.

 

Thomas was born October 14, 1939 in Lincoln, IL the son of Otho Cleveland and Alberta Lee (Allison) Polston. He is survived by many cousins.
