Tammy Lynn Chapman, 51, of Clinton, IL passed away at 11:25 AM, Monday,

February 6, 2017 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Lincoln, IL.

 

Services to celebrate Tammy's life will 10 A.M. Friday, February 10, 2017

at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with Greg Taylor officiating.

Visitation will be 9 - 10 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Tammy Lynn Chapman Memorial Fund.

 

Tammy was born August 10, 1965 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Perry and

Judith (Centofonti) Renfroe. She married Gregory Wayne Chapman October 12,

1991 in Clinton, IL.

 

Survivors include her mother: Judith Renfroe, Lincoln, IL; children:

Elizabeth Marie Chapman, Clinton, IL, Emily Anne (Alex) Champion, Lincoln,

IL and Erika Lynn Chapman, Clinton, IL; fiancé: Gerald Robinson ,Peoria,

IL; brother: Tim Renfroe, Chicago, IL.

 

She was preceded in death by her father.

 

Tammy was a hair stylist for 19 years in Clinton.
