Mack Leon “M.L.” Gibson II, 43, of Farmer City, passed away at 4:50 p.m. Sunday (Jan. 15, 2017) in Mansfield.

 

His funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Farmer City. Pastor Jeremiah Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Farmer City. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

He was born Dec. 19, 1973, in Champaign, to Leon and Bonnie L. Dolbert Gibson.

 

Survivors include his mother, Bonnie L. Gibson, Farmer City; his father, Leon (Judy) Gibson, LeRoy; his girlfriend, Tiffany Phillips, Mansfield; three half brothers, Matthew J. (Debbie) Barton, Bloomington; Mark D. (Kathy) Gibson, Bloomington; and Scott A. (Amy) Gibson, Oswego; four half sisters, Michelle B. (John) Wolfe, Chandler, Ariz.; Melinda S. (Richard) Wallace, Andalusia, Ala.; Monica L. (Scott) Ohlenkamp, Farmer City; and Brenda S. (Jim) Casino, Bloomington; 15 nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and -nephews.

 

M.L. was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
