Barbara A. Wright 79 of Clinton, Il. passed away 5:09 PM January 13, 2017 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington, Il.

 

Celebration of life will be 3 – 5 PM, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Il.  Burial will follow at Olive Hill, Coffeen, IL at a later date.  Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL assisted the family with cremation rites.

 

Memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project

 

Barbara was born February 12, 1937 in Decatur, IL the daughter of Fredrick and Dorcas (Jiles) Woltz.  She married William A. Wright September 3, 1953 in Decatur, IL.  He passed away January 2, 1988.

 

Survivors include her children, Sherry (Thomas) Donnelly, Beecher, IL; Thomas (LuAnne) Wright, Chanhassen, MN; Timothy (Lisa) Wright, Litchfield, IL; and Christopher (Monica) Wright, Taylorville, IL; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; three sisters: Rose Marie (Gerald) Ellrick, Clinton, IL; Laura Jones, Decatur, IL; and Kay (Ray) Cavanaugh, Tucson, AZ; one brother, Fredrick Woltz, Colorado.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
