Calvin L. Lighthall, 86, of Rockford, passed away Monday (Jan. 9, 2017) in Rockford.

 

He was born Nov. 11, 1930, in Clinton, to Leon and Grace Maple Lighthall. He married Carolyn Reeser on May 4, 1952, in Weldon. He was owner and operator of C.L. Lighthall Accountants.

 

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Lighthall; son, Ron Lighthall; daughters, Diana (Tom) Nealey, Cynthia (Charles) Rodberg, Dawn (Mike) Enevoldsen, Tanya (David) Blumenshine and Kim (Pete) Olson; daughter-in-law, Dawn Lighthall; grandchildren, Kelli Nealey (Ky) Kizzee, Carrie Nealey (Alan) Bardwell, Haley Nealey (Michael) Black, Justin (Jessica) Wolfe, Lindy Nealey, Shaun Wolfe, Michael Wolfe, Jason Enevoldsen and Paul Enevoldsen; great-grandchildren, Josey, Allie, Kinley Kizzee, Ansley and Avery Bardwell; and brother, Niles Lighthall.

 

He was predeceased by beloved son, Larry Lighthall; parents; three brothers; and three sisters.

 

His memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, with a visitation from 1 p.m. Sunday until time of service. Memorials may be given to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
