Carolyn F. Day, 59, of Clinton, Illinois passed away 4:15 A.M. December 30, 2016 at her family home in DeWitt, IL.

 

 Services will be 10 AM, Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, Il. with Pastor Dan Bell officiating. Burial will follow at DeWitt Cemetery, DeWitt, Il. Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at the funeral home. Casual attire is requested.

 

 Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.

 

 Carolyn was born October 24, 1957 in Clinton, Il. the daughter of John F. and Adeline O. (Thrasher) Bratcher. She married Loren Charles Day February 16, 1973 in Palmyra, MO. He passed away November 6, 2003.

 

 Survivors include her children, William “Bill” F. (Amber) Day Marshall, Il., Heather A. (Scott) Miller, Clinton, Il., Dale Alan Day, DeWitt, Il., Charles Edward Day, Harvel, Il. 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren and one Great-grandchild on the way.

 

 She was preceded in death by her Parents and 2 Brothers.

 

 Carolyn was a member of the Clinton Assembly Of God Church. She retired from State Farm. She enjoyed Woodworking, Crocheting, Plastic canvas work, gardening, karaoke, and spending time with her family especially her grandkids.
