Service: Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Lincoln, with the Rev. Jeffrey G. Laible officiating.
Burial: at a later date in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Kewanee.
Visitation: from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with an Elks memorial ceremony following, and from 3 to 6 p.m. Dec. 26, 2016, at Rux Funeral Home, Kewanee.
Memorials: Shriners Hospitals for Children, Lincoln Elks Lodge 914 Charitable Trust or Douglas D. DeMay Memorial Fund. Peasley Funeral Home, Lincoln, is handling arrangements.
Survivors: parents, George P. and Berneice K. DeMay, Kewanee; and two brothers, Brad (Jackie) DeMay, Kewanee, and Rod DeMay, California.
