Jeffrey B. Mahoney 51, of Clinton, Illinois passed away 9:25 PM November 13, 2016 at his family residence, Clinton, Il.

Services will be 11 AM, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL with J. Kent Hickerson officiating.  Burial will follow at Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta, IL.  Visitation will be 5 – 7 PM, Friday, November 18, 2016 at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the Jeffrey B. Mahoney Memorial Fund.

Jeffrey was born February 7, 1965 in Decatur, IL the son of Jerry and Judy (Ferrill) Mahoney. He married Michele A. Taubert June 24, 1989 in Clinton, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Michele A. Mahoney, Clinton, IL; parents, Jerry and Judy Mahoney, Argenta, IL; children:  Chase (Whitney) Stephenson, Clinton, IL and Caleb Mahoney, Clinton, IL; grandson, Wesley Stephenson, Clinton, IL; brother, Tim Mahoney, Argenta, IL; and special friends:  Brad and Janelle Thomas and Meghan Matthews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents:  Don and Kate Ferrill and Howard and Lydia Mahoney.

Jeffrey was employed by Bill and Georgine Voorhees of Maroa, IL.
