Andrew Dennis Johnson, 22, of Heyworth, passed away at 5:15 p.m. Saturday (May 28, 2016) at Heyworth.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Faith Fellowship Center, Heyworth. The Rev. Charles F. Brannock will officiate. Burial will be in Heyworth Cemetery, Heyworth. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Heyworth, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Andrew Dennis Johnson Memorial Fund, in care of First State Bank of Bloomington, Heyworth.

He was born Sept. 16, 1993, in Normal, to Richard Pate Jr. of Bloomington and Julia A. Johnson of Heyworth. They both survive.

Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Sandra Johnson, Heyworth, and three sisters, Courtney R. Pate, Kelsie F. Pate and Emily H. Pate, all of Bloomington.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; his maternal grandfather; and one aunt, Melinda K. Johnson.

Andrew worked for TKS Concrete. He was a good-hearted person with a passion for dirt bikes.
