Helen Maxine Smith, 91 , passed away on Feb. 4, 2013. She was born Oct 2, 1921 in Kenney, IL. Married Fred Smith, June 28, 1938, he passed in 1977. Relocated to AZ in 1969. Survived by her daughter Jackie Albert, 9 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 34 great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death Parents Loomis & Edith Anderson, Sisters Dorothy Milke, Marie Chaudion, Neoma Gregory, Brother Donald Anderson, Son James Smith, Daughter Freda Martinez and 2 grandchildren . Retired from Ward’s. A bonus Grandma to many families whom adopted her. An active Member of The LDS Church. Her memorial will be held Feb. 13, 2013 10-11am @ her LDS Building, 47 E. Ashland, Phx, AZ. Internment will be @ Mountain View Cemetary, Prescott, AZ.
