Phyllis C. Rittenhouse, 92, of Monticello, formerly of Bement and Decatur, died Friday, August 3, 2012, at Piatt County Nursing Home, Monticello. There will be no services. Her children will greet those wishing to pay their respects between 1 and 3 p.m., Sunday, August 12, 2012, at the Bement Municipal Center 148 W. Bodman, Bement. Memorials may be made to a library of the donor’s choice.
