Annabelle Marie Phillips, infant daughter of Darin W. and Amy Lyne Conaway Phillips, died at 9:23 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 19, 2013) at her home.

Service: Noon Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church, Mount Pulaski, with the Rev. Rachel Stockle officiating.

Visitation: 9 a.m. to noon before the service Wednesday at the church.

Memorials: Addilyne Phillips College Fund. Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski is handling arrangements.

Survivors: Her parents; one sister, Addilyne Diane Phillips; maternal grandparents, Larry and Cynthia Conaway Jr.; paternal grandparents, Dan and Betty Phillips, all of Mount Pulaski; maternal great-grandparents, Larry and Shirley Conaway Sr., and Dale and Pricilla Boehl, all of Mount Pulaski; and Norris and Barb Lutz, Carlyle; and paternal great-grandfather, Earl Phillips, Mount Pulaski.
