CHESTNUT — Elizabeth Ann Simkins, 72, Lakewood, Colo., formerly of Chestnut, died at 6 a.m. June 16, 2011, in Colorado.

Service: 11 a.m. Thursday graveside at Laenna Cemetery, Chestnut, with the Rev. Mark Peters officiating.

Memorials: National Jewish Hospital, Denver. Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski, is handling arrangements.

Survivors: two sons, Matthew A. (Audrey) Simkins and H. Leland (Jan) Simkins, both of Denver, Colo.; one brother, Alan (Margie) Roos, Chestnut; and two grandchildren.
