Eleanor Schmidt, 90, Lincoln, died at 4 a.m. Wednesday (Dec. 5, 2012) at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Lincoln.

Service: 11 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Lincoln. The Rev. Thomas Kamprath will officiate.

Burial: New Union Cemetery.

Visitation: one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.

Memorials: American Legion Auxiliary or Immanuel Lutheran Church. Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home,  Atlanta.

Survivors: her son, Harold Dean (Phyllis) Schmidt, Lincoln; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
