Norma J. Rich of Clinton

Norma J. Rich, 85, Clinton, died at 4:30 a.m. Oct. 27, 2012, at The Christian Village, Lincoln.

Her funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, Clinton. Jim Rich and Penny Rich will be officiating. Burial  will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Waynesville. The family will receive friends following the services. The family has entrusted Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with arrangements.

Memorials may be made to Little Galilee Christian Assembly.

Norma was born Dec. 28, 1926, in Clinton, the daughter of Theodore Roseman and Eleanor Foster. She married Carl Dean Rich on Dec. 26, 1947, in Clinton. He preceded her in death Jan. 11, 2007.

Surviving her are children, Jim (Teri) Rich, Mason City, and Penny (Leonard Dinges) Rich, El Cajon, Calif.; three grandchildren, Josh (Kelly) Rich, Alton; Amanda (Justin) Morgan, Virginia Beach, Va.; and Sita (Emmett) Gleeson, Crete; five great-grandchildren, Katherine and Nathanael Rich, Jack Morgan, and Autumn and E.J. Gleeson; two brothers, Jerry (Betty) Roseman, Decatur, and Ted (Nancy) Roseman, Clinton; and three sisters, Betty Kyle and Mary Burton, both of Clinton; and Sally (Jim) Wellman, Hernando, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and one brother.

She was a lifelong member of First Christian Church of Clinton choir and supporter of Little Galilee Christian Assembly. She loved singing, camping, cooking, gardening and playing cards with her grandchildren and friends.
