Justin leaves his wife, Leslie Mentzer of Maroa, Ill,; father, Leon R. Mentzer of Decatur, Ill.; one brother, Joshua A. Mentzer of Decatur, Ill; Grandmother, Dorothy Mentzer of Lancaster, PA; He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Mentzer, and grandparents, Dean and Jeanette McAllister and Robert Mentzer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 1, 2012, in the First Baptist Church, 1320 Arbor Drive - Decatur, IL With the Rev. Wayne Mollohan, officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M., Saturday, December 1, 2012, until service time at the Church. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, December 1, 2012 in the Neoga Memorial Cemetery of Neoga. The Swengel - O’Dell funeral Home of Neoga, is in charge of arrangements.
