Marietta Rose Romer, 68, Mount Pulaski, passed away at 5:50 p.m. Sunday (June 30, 2013) at Vonderlieth Living Center, Mount Pulaski.

Service: Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Mount Pulaski, with Father Glenn Fontana officiating.

Burial: Mount Pulaski Cemetery.

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Mount Pulaski. The rosary will be recited at 3:15 p.m.

Memorials: Central Illinois Down Syndrome Organization.

Survivors: her husband, Thomas J. Romer, Mount Pulaski; two sons, Thomas A. Romer, Mount Pulaski, and Timothy (Bethany) Romer, Heyworth; three brothers, Hugh “Mac” (Florence) McCue, Spaulding; Bob (Cheryl) McCue, Mount Pulaski; and Chuck (Valerie) McCue, Springfield; and two grandsons.
