Harold V. "Bill" Thoms, 87, died on August 9, 2012 at 9:30 A.M in his family residence in Decatur. Services will be held 10 A.M. Monday, August 13, at Calvert Funeral Home in Clinton. Visitation will take place 2-4 P.M. on Sunday August 12 at the funeral home with internment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Clinton. Memorials may be made to West Side Church Of The Nazarene in Decatur.
