Dwayne D. Spencer 72, of Oreana, IL passed away at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday January 25, 2012 in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Camp Butler National Cemetery with full military rites provided by the Macon County Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Care specialist of Central Illinois Charitable Fund.
