Dorothy E. Fisher, 76, of Decatur, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 in her home surrounded by her loving family. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 1 pm until the service time of 2 pm in the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home.
