Andy Duane “Chubbs” Whitehouse 36 of Clinton, IL, passed away 2:34 PM February 3, 2016 at his residence in Clinton, IL.

Memorial services will be 4 PM, Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the New Life Community Church, Clinton, IL with Pastor Ed Cain officiating.   Visitation will be 2 – 4 PM at the church. Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, IL assisted the family with cremation rites.

Memorials may be directed to the Andy Duane Whitehouse Memorial Fund.

Chubbs was born April 3, 1979 in Decatur, IL the son of Patricia Whitehouse. He married Michelle Dawn Mayfield, April 4, 1999 in Clinton, IL.

Survivors include his wife: Michelle Dawn Whitehouse, Clinton, IL; daughters: Kayln Mae Whitehouse and Kya Ann Whitehouse both living at home; brothers: Raymond Whitehouse, Clinton, IL and Richard A. Whitehouse, Farmer City, IL; sister: Amanda Whitehouse, Clinton, IL.

He was preceded in death by his mother and sister, Wendy.

Chubbs was a loving dad. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars and driving semi-trucks.
